Cork Nutrition Consultancy & Dietetic Practice is the only fulltime private nutrition service in Cork which is run by a qualified dietitian/clinical nutritionist. It was founded in 1999 by Niamh O’Connor, who is a BSc Honours Graduate of Human Nutrition & Dietetics from the Department of Clinical Medicine, Trinity College Dublin.
Niamh is a full member of the Irish Nutrition & Dietetic Institute and has 19 years experience. Niamh’s business was the first of its kind in Cork & remains the longest established. The private dietetic clinic is currently located in Blackrock Hall Primary Care Centre Cork, where Niamh works as part of a multi-disciplinary team with other self-employed entrepreneurial healthcare professionals.
Cork Nutrition, lead by Niamh, brings a wealth of 19 years experience to individual patients, groups, health professionals & businesses about diet & nutritional issues. Niamh’s commitment to clinical practice & her extensive client list are testimony to her credentials, work ethic and experience.
