We contacted Niamh to conduct two information seminars, the first entitled “Nutrition for A Healthy Heart” and the second “Weight Management – the truth about food!” Attendance for the topics themselves created a high level of interest and attendance was double other topics.
Niamh brought a very fresh approach to both subject matters. She was extremely informative while at the same time gave extremely practical advice dispelling a lot of the myths in relation to food and diet. She talked about high blood pressure and cholesterol and gave people a new level of understanding on these areas. We received extremely positive feedback from employees on both topics and a number of people attended Niamh privately after her visit to our office.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Niamh and from my point of view she proved extremely popular and helped us achieve a very successful health initiative. I will certainly have Niamh back to participate in any future health initiative that we conduct.
