– IMPORTANT UPDATE due to Covid-19 Pandemic:
Please note that operational changes have been made to the clinic with immediate effect & until further notice, as follows:
- In line with HSE and Dept. of Health guidelines on social distancing, there will be no face-to face consultations at the usual location of Elmwood Medical Practice, Douglas, until further notice
- Housecalls, as well as visits to private hospitals, nursing homes and other residential units are also suspended until further notice
- Consultations are now only available by Zoom video platform (GDPR-compliant), Telephone, Skype, FaceTime and WhatsApp.

- Please read the Data Protection Patient Information form below, and then please complete and sign the registration & consent form, which must be return by email in advance of your initial consultation.
